You know your computer has a serious problem, and importantly you have data on it you want to retrieve but can’t. An OS (Operating System) reload is necessary when a PC or laptop is no longer functioning as it should, and a regular Health Check has been unable to rectify the problem.

In some cases, we can back-up or data recover any important files first, but this is not always possible.

An OS reload is when the computer is completely wiped and returned to factory standard settings. This can save you having to incur the costs of buying a new machine.

Software conflicts can happen when a multitude of programmes are operating on the same computer or networking system. They can create a number of problems including programmes not running or crashing and your computer becoming slow. When this happens the conflict needs to be identified and our technicians then problem solve the issue on your behalf. This can include liaising with different software providers to understand how and why the conflict has been created.

A healthcheck involves carrying out a package of procedures to ensure your computer remains in good condition and is performing to the best of its ability.
