Complaints Escalation Procedure
If you are unhappy with any of our services or you feel that you have not received a satisfactory response from our helpdesk, you can send your complaint directly:

If your complaint refers to a job we have undertaken for you please provide your quote/invoice number and clear details of the problem. If you are a monthly IT Support customer and the issue relates to a repair/fix problem please provide issue details, the key contact who logged the issue and details of the problem.
On receipt of your complaint our Complaints Manager will thoroughly investigate any issues raised and propose a course of action for resolution. You will receive confirmation that your complaint has been acknowledged within 3 working days. And we will aim to provide you with a satisfactory response within 10 working days.
If a dispute is not settled, then we hope you will agree to attempt to resolve it by engaging in good faith with us in a process of mediation or arbitration.
