Danielle service covers many areas of will writing including Wills, Lasting Power of Attorneys, Probate and other areas of estate planning. All of her appointments are held in the comfort of her client homes.
Challenge
Danielle needed a new tablet to work on when visiting her clients in their home . It needed to be light and small enough to carry, but robust enough with a big screen and keyboard.
She had been putting off the upgrade of her computer as she was dreading the thought of having to transfer e-mails and documents and install software such as Microsoft Office. She was also dreading the thought she would lose access to her computer for hours whilst “a barrage of techy minions tirelessly downloaded all of the software”.
Solution
The first thing we do with any new customer is to really try to understand their business and IT needs.
We sourced a Microsoft Surface tablet which in Danelle’s own words is “amazing”.
As a matter of course we installed all Danielle’s software including her back up and encryption software. Neil liaised with Danielle to transfer her data and e-mails and then set up her daily backup to a time that would be convenient to her business. In effect Danielle received her new tablet all set up and ready to go. No more headaches… no more paracetamol.
